Alaska Magical Alaska
What can I say: I did it! Arrived 3 days ago in the country every little boy is dreaming of.
I met a pensioned Alaska State Trooper who was so happy that I knocked on his door asking for a place to sleep.
I met a couple travelled from Ushuaia to Alaska, not speaking English and all I can say is “No hablo Espanol”. Still able to listen to their amazing story told by hands and feets.
I met miners, spending hours under water for some dust in their pockets we call gold
I met a German hitchhiker, just survived a real bad car accident, still smiling. All he said was: Hey I’m still alive, I had luck and I’m not really insured. Even no one stopped he was still smiling.
I had an amazing night at THE SALOON. I played guitar, sang songs with people I never met before and probably never see again. I played Beer Pong with some girls from Quebec. I learned, when you fire a canon at 2 o’clock in the morning to blow up some girls panties and no one called the cops, not even complained, you must be in Alaska.
I met a biker called Chicken in Chicken, Alaska (no kidding)
And I said goodbye to a bloke I just met 5 days ago, but felt like I knew him my whole life.
All I can say: Alaska you blew up my mind
